The Orion Nebula (M42)

This past Winter I wanted to continue practicing and improving on my mosaic work. This is a two-panel assemblage using my narrowband filters of The Orion Nebula (M42) and The Running Man (Sh2-279) for a total of 48 hrs of integration time across the Hydrogen-alpha, Oxygen 3, and Sulfur 2 filters. It’s a good bit different from what is typically captured by using broadband (LRGB), but nonetheless, it was a fun target to revisit.
